FAQ

Occasionally, we may not send all the items you ordered simultaneously. Therefore, we kindly request that you to review your dispatch notification email to identify if any of your items are marked as 'to follow'. 

In the event that the dispatch note indicates an item should be included in your parcel but is actually missing, please contact our Customer Service Team. To expedite the resolution process, please provide necessary information, such as your order number, product code, and a description of the missing item(s). 

Return Policy (English):

• The customer has to return the product to our store within 7 calendar days upon receiving the product.
• The refund will be processed within 30 days and credited to the original payment method upon Jaked Asia Pacific Limited’s approval of the refund request.
• The returned product must be in its original condition (The customer must include all original packaging and accessories when returning the product).
• Products that have been OPENED, USED, OR DAMAGED are NOT eligible for a return.
• Competition/Open Water swimsuit, Triathlon & Wetsuit are non-returnable.
• The customer must bear the delivery cost for a refund/return.
• Each order allows only return once.
• The items listed as non-returnable, once shipped, will not accept any refund requests for any reason. If a defect is found in the product after receipt, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.
• The following items are not eligible for a return or refund: Competition / Open Water Swimsuits, Triathlon and Wetsuits Collections with FINA approved products.
• Jaked Asia Pacific Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.

Return Policy (Chinese):

• 客戶必須於到收到貨品後7天內將產品後退回至我們的店鋪。
• Jaked Asia Pacific Limited 接受退款申請後，退款將在30天內退回到原本支付方式。
• 退回的商品必須處於原始狀態，包括所有原始包裝、配件及標籤。
• 已打開、已使用或損壞的商品將不接受退貨。
• 所有比賽賽衣及潛水衣不可退貨。
• 客戶需自行承擔退貨、換貨的運費。
• 每張訂單僅允許一次退貨。
• 已列明 「不可退貨」 之商品，一經寄出，恕不接受任何原因之退款申請。如收貨後發現商品有瑕疵，可在收貨後7天內申請換貨。
• 以下商品不符合退款及退換政策：所有國際泳聯認可的比賽賽衣及潛水衣。
• Jaked Asia Pacific Limited保留最終決定權。

Time of Delivery

Products purchased on www.jakedasia.com online store are normally delivered within 3 working days (14 days for products that are shipped from Italy). 

Users can always verify the status of their order by contacting us at support.jakedasia@pianofortegroup.com.

​網上商店購買的產品一般在3個工作天內發貨（除意大利發貨的產品會在14天內到達）。
